Helena, Ronald + 1

Black Hill Reserve | Kyneton

A Maternal Hike | Macedon Ranges Maternity Photographer

We tagged along with the lovely Helena & Ronald for a hike up and around the Black Hill Reserve to quickly capture a very pregnant Helena (30 weeks to be precise!) before they both had to leave Australia for the Netherlands. It was very humid and I was a little worried that the descent up the hill would be too much for her…

Gabby & Mike

Cosmopolitan Hotel | Trentham Falls | Trentham

Angels | Macedon Ranges Wedding Photographer

This is the love story of two very beautiful and adorable souls. A celebration of love, commitment, new beginnings and new life set against the backdrop of historic Trentham under ethereal and diffused light. The couple reciprocated tears of joy, Mike quietly thanked their little ring bearer, they went bush and explored the Domino Trail, then hiked down to Trentham Falls to steal a kiss…

Nicola & Jack

Kerrie | Macedon Ranges

Wet, Windy & Wonderful | Macedon Ranges Wedding Photographer

Like our title, Nicola and Jacks wedding day was all of the ‘W’s’, wet, windy and wonderful. A typical December in the Macedon Ranges can bring you scorching heat but the moody mountain had other plans for the loved up couple. Still, they persisted with the aid of several umbrellas and said their ‘I do’s’, oblivious to the elements coming down from the heavens. By the time Nicola appeared out of the family home, arm in arm with dad keeping his daughter dry with an umbrella, Jack and their intimate gathering of family and friends were lost in the moment…

Tara & Josh

Camp David Farm | Spring Hill

Fairytale Ending | Macedon Ranges Wedding Photographer

After such a dramatic year, navigating ever changing restrictions, a change of date and reducing their celebration to a small and simple affair, Tara & Josh got to have the day they dreamed of (without a mask in sight!). The Bendigo couple had their heart set on Camp David Farm as the backdrop to the big day, a stunning outlook to Mount Macedon, with copious nooks and crannies for us to explore, not to mention the impressive hedge walls and manicured gardens. The vibe was low key, with a small invitation of their nearest and dearest who watched the doting pair become Mr & Mrs…

Moore Family

Sun Kissed Lane | Malmsbury

Sun Kissed Lane | Macedon Ranges Family Photographer

We had the absolute pleasure of capturing the 3 cutest little humans late last year in our own ‘backyard’ in Malmsbury. We created a map that initially would take them to 3 different locations, but ended up being 4 before they tired. It gave them the opportunity to explore and be in their element while we were given so many opportunities to capture that raw wonder and curiosity that comes with being a child..

Peri & Ross

Langley

A Walk In The Paddock | Macedon Ranges Elopement Photographer

From yet another celebration of love adapting to change, we introduce you to Peri & Ross. The Melbourne based couple were fortunate to escape the city lockdown on acreage just outside of Kyneton with their pooch Ruby and soon fell in love with the wide open views, the neighbourly roo’s and the slower pace. The concept of celebrations with all their nearest & dearest, both here and abroad abruptly diminished to only a handful by the ‘C’ word made their decision an easy one. Elope in Langley……

Rachel & Michael

Hedge Farm | Carlsruhe

All The Small Things | Macedon Ranges Elopement Photographer

So. We know this year has been a strange one. And even stranger for couples planning a wedding. So it was refreshing and joyous to capture Rachel & Michael’s special day. The pair, along with their daughter Addison, proved that we don’t always need the fan-fair of a big wedding to celebrate a time very special in our lives. Sure there was still nerves and tears and everything else…

Mether Family

Tyquins Lane | Taradale

Daffodil Dreaming | Macedon Ranges Family Photographer

It was so good to catch up with the Mether Family recently and capture their gorgeous young family for them. Getting outdoors, exploring the countryside and old cottages, smelling the fresh daffodils and having the morning to themselves in rural Taradale was a joy to document, especially those priceless expressions of wonder and intrigue the kids made while interacting with Mum & Dad…
