Emmeliene & Ben | Sault

I do love a good elopement! There’s no distractions, it’s just love on love mixed with a good dose of joy and happiness! And the Irish born and bred Emmeliene & Ben allowed me into their world for a couple of hours to relish all of those emotions an elopement can bring.

It started with me putting on my chauffeur hat to pick up Emmeliene from the newly established Samurai Villa’s In Daylesford, where one of the hardest working MUA’s Adrienne was completing the finishing touches. The idea was then to head to Sault to find Ben and capture a first look, and for them to calm the nerves a little. Those reactions, the big hug, the tears, these two cuties couldn’t stop looking at each other!

We then wandered over to the lavender field to meet Mel, one of the most fun and bubbliest celebrants in the bizz who kept those nerves at bay for E&B, but provided many an opportunity for some side splitting belly laughs! And all the while the most bone chilling wind and a little rain tried and failed to dampen the mood! Ummm, these guys are from Ireland, not going to happen! To Em & Ben, you beautiful souls, big hugs to you. May the next chapter of your journey be fulfilling, crazy, and joyous!
